Please note: All Coastrek routes are subject to change. We attempt, at all times, to adhere to the advised route. As we are immersed in nature, however, there may sometimes be circumstances beyond our control (tides, fallen trees/branches, other safety aspects as advised by local councils) that require us to slightly alter the route. In any such cases these will be clearly marked and identified on event day.

Your Coastrek journey starts the moment you register your team with weeks of supported training, fundraising and FUN guaranteed! Due to ongoing changes to government restrictions, we understand how hard it can be to plan into the future with confidence. For this reason, if there is a government directive that disrupts your Coastrek Event Day we have several alternatives including a credit option.

If there are changes to our ability to hold an actual event on the dates listed for 2023 due to Covid restrictions only and you choose not to undertake the event virtually, we will also be offering the option of credits for a future Coastrek event valid for 24 months from the original event date. This doesn’t void other terms and conditions and will be only available if we are unable to hold an in-person Coastrek Event Day. More info here.

The Fleurieu Peninsula route lies on the traditional lands of the Ngarrindjeri people. We acknowledge and pay our respects to them and their culture, and to their Elders past and present.

VIP Discount is applied at $25 per team member who completes their registration payment within the promotion period (10am - 1pm ACST | 4 April 2023).  Team captains can opt to pay for all team members upon VIP registration to ensure that all members receive this discount (otherwise the captain’s card will be charged after 2 weeks for any unpaid registration fees for the full team of 4 at the current pricing at that time).
